**About the Role:** We are looking for an Aviation Maintenance Professional to join our team at RAF Marham.

This is a unique opportunity to work on F-35 aircraft or aircraft components, undertaking a range of maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of the construct of the approved Technical Information set and be competent to work to maintenance instructions with support and in accordance with the organisation's MOE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake and complete maintenance instructions and schedules for planned and un-planned tasks, which may require undertaking diagnostic procedures, in accordance with tasked work package(s) for the aircraft.
  • Compile appropriate reporting, identify any issues and escalate as appropriate.
  • Procedure/Standards – Complying with the Organisations MOE, its associated procedures and standards, and any other company procedures and standards.
  • Safety Management System – Understand and apply human factors, error management, within maintenance.
  • Continuing Airworthiness Assurance (Quality) – Ensuring maintenance activities are compliant with the Continuing Airworthiness Assurance Management system.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience of working within and the practical application of EASA/MRP Part 145.
  • A log Book demonstrating breadth of experience, currency & recency of skills, knowledge and authorities for working on Aircraft type or in workshops.
  • Experience of working on complex military aircraft programmes.
  • Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship, ideally in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent military qualifications.
  • Academic qualification for this role is a minimum of City & Guilds 2675 or 2661 in Aeronautical Engineering and Maintenance or equivalent.
