Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide high-level support to our senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of our department.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
- Providing exceptional administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management, correspondence, and reporting.
- Developing and maintaining systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Assisting in the development and administration of projects, including budget management and resource allocation.
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a large complex organization.
- Excellent administration and organization skills, particularly diary management.
- Good time management and leadership skills.
Desirable Qualifications
Possession of AMSPAR or other relevant certifications is desirable.
