Job Description

Bunzl UK and Ireland is the leading supplier of janitorial, cleaning, and hygiene products in the North of England. As a Strategic Branch Sales Manager at our Warrington branch, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead our branch sales team and develop strategies to gain new customers and expand business levels with existing ones. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales resources, implementing sales plans, and project managing tender processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Manage sales resources effectively to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Project manage tender processes to secure new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and coach sales staff to achieve their full potential.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
