About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Enterprise Education Account Manager to join our Amazon Business team in the UK Public Sector vertical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and owning relationships with senior-level customers, identifying industry-specific opportunities, and tailoring our approach to best serve their needs.
In this role, you will lead your team in identifying industry trends and opportunities, and advise customers on how to optimally leverage our feature and solution sets (100+ features). You will also collect and relay customer needs to internal teams to continuously innovate on behalf of customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and own relationships in the UK Public Sector vertical, building strategic and effective relationships at a senior level.
- Lead your team in identifying industry-specific opportunities and tailor our approach to best serve our customers.
- Own strategic customer and territory planning, driving accurate weekly forecast/reporting on pipeline growth and customer spend adoption.
- Advise customers on how to optimally leverage our feature and solution sets.
- Identify new product development opportunities.
- Collect and relay customer needs to internal teams.
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience.
- Experience identifying trends and needs to improve large-scale technology deals.
- Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business.
