">As a Digital Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, planning, and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll own strategic client relationships, ensure project excellence, and oversee a talented team to exceed expectations.
">Responsibilities
">- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Owning the strategic planning and delivery of integrated digital campaigns, including social, PPC, SEO, content marketing, ABM, and marketing automation.
- Managing budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are data-driven, innovative, and impactful.
- Analysing campaign performance, presenting insights, and recommending optimizations.
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
Requirements
">- A proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a B2B marketing agency.
- A strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
- Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
- The ability to analyse data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Team management and mentoring experience.
Salary & Benefits
">Up to £60,000 depending on experience plus bonus, wellbeing allowance, training opportunities, generous family policies, and more.
