As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of B2B procurement at Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch).

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Account Manager, focused on delivering exceptional value to our Healthcare customers.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a passion for innovation and customer success to drive growth and expand our presence in the Healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own relationships with Healthcare customers, driving strategic partnerships and customer loyalty.
  • Lead your team in identifying industry-specific opportunities and tailor the Amazon Business approach to best serve our customers.
  • Owning strategic customer and territory planning, driving accurate weekly forecast/reporting on pipeline growth and customer spend adoption.
  • Advise customers on how to optimally leverage Amazon Business feature sets, which include over 100 features tailored to meet their specific needs.
  • Identify new product development opportunities, collecting and relaying customer needs to internal Amazon teams to continuously innovate on behalf of customers.
  • Maintain internal expertise/knowledge of market trends, including a comprehensive review of market drivers, cost structures, technical improvements, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience.
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.

Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
