Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 per year

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Maths lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Use a range of teaching strategies to engage students with diverse abilities and SEN profiles.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Monitor and report on student progress, adapting approaches to meet each learner's needs.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being in line with the school's ethos.
Requirements

Essential Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification, proven experience working with children and young people with SEN, and a strong understanding of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties.
