Job Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Education Specialist to join our team at LAW Absolute. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to deliver high-quality services in the field of Special Educational Needs (SEN) education law.

About the Role
This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £43,421 - £54,702 (depending on experience) and a comprehensive benefits package. As a SEN Education Specialist, you will provide legal advice and support to clients, manage complex caseloads, and work closely with our teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on SEN education law
- Manage and advise on a portfolio of complex cases with minimal supervision
- Act as a senior advisor and support junior colleagues as required
- Undertake complex proceedings on behalf of clients with minimal supervision

Requirements
- Admitted Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEX of England and Wales with a current practising certificate
- Good knowledge of mainstream and SEN education law and practices
- Ambitious, driven, and committed to delivering high-quality services
- Ability to work under pressure, be self-motivated, and meet deadlines
