Autism Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Autism Support Specialist to join our team in Chesterfield. The successful candidate will provide personalized support to a female individual with autism, assisting her with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and developing strategies to manage challenging behaviors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the life of an individual with autism.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong desire to learn and develop new skills. Previous experience working with individuals with autism or challenging behaviors would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
The estimated salary for this role is £15 per hour (Enhanced hourly rate on all Bank Holidays).
