About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Autism Support Worker to join our team at Sugarman Health & Wellbeing. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to a female with autism, helping her to maintain her own home and promoting her independence.

You will need to have good communication skills and the ability to think creatively. Experience working with Makaton or similar visual aids is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, patient, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service user. The salary for this position is £15 per hour.
