About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Support Workers to join our team and take on new challenges. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities
  • A strong understanding of safety intervention techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in adult care or social care
  • Experience working in a complex care setting
  • Safety intervention training certificate (desirable)

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Benefits include pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
