About the Job
A highly rewarding role as a Care Worker has become available at Sugarman Health & Wellbeing, based in Chesterfield. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with Autism to achieve their goals and maintain a safe and healthy lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing tailored care and support to enhance the Service User's independence
  • Assisting with daily activities and maintaining a safe living environment
  • Attending health appointments and supporting the Service User's health needs
