**Renewal Account Manager Role**

At IGEL Technology, we are seeking a skilled Renewal Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating renewal contracts, developing win/win negotiation strategies, and maximizing contract value while enhancing the customer relationship and the value they are realizing from IGEL.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Negotiate all facets of renewal contracts to ensure maximum value for both parties.
  • Develop and implement effective negotiation strategies to drive renewal growth.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of IGEL licensing models to provide expert guidance on licensing discussions.
  • Monitor customer health metrics to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to provide regular updates on renewal status and escalate when necessary.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in Renewal Account Management.
  • Experience leading customer retention and adoption of a SaaS product for complex accounts/territories.
  • Advanced proficiency with contract renewal processes.
  • Excellent customer management skills, including sales, account management, and customer service.
  • Strong work ethic and quota achievement.
