Drive Renewal Success with Barracuda Networks

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Renewals Specialist to join our EMEA renewals team in Reading, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving industry-leading renewal rates across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategies to increase customer loyalty and improve renewal retention rates
  • Qualify renewal opportunities using our sales methodology MEDDICC and manage them through the sales cycle
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our channel and partners to maximize revenue
  • Construct complex pricing proposals by analyzing previous sales data through our CRM and financial system
  • Manage your pipeline of customer contracts 90 days in advance, researching customer license usage and proactively identifying risk points

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and any of the following languages: French, Italian, Spanish, German
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and ability to follow set procedures
  • Clear track record of achieving targets and strong attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Ability to run conversations with senior stakeholders in Barracuda, our Channel and End Customers
