Sales Leadership Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Sales Leader to join our estate agency team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission.

Job Description:

  • Lead a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Analyse market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor office performance.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to set goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Leader or similar role in estate agency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • IT literate with knowledge of MS Office and internet systems.
  • Fully qualified property professional (e.g., RICS, NAEA).
