Sales Role: As a Sales Executive at Biffa, you will be responsible for managing incoming sales enquiries, prospecting leads, and developing opportunities to grow your own proactive sales pipeline. You will work closely with our internal Account Management and Business Development teams to provide agile and competitive waste management solutions to new and existing customers. Your primary focus will be on selling Biffa's waste management solutions by phone, email, and occasional customer site visits.
Your Responsibilities:
- Sell Biffa's waste management solutions to new and existing customers
- Manage and develop your own sales pipeline and close deals worth £1m+ per year
- Work in partnership with Biffa's internal Account Management and Business Development teams
What We're Looking For: We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive who has a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales environments. You should have excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to customers by phone, video, or face-to-face. A confident user of Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential.
Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is £37,000 (OTE) with significant bonus potential. Biffa offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, life assurance, and a range of employee discounts.
