About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. As a key member of our customer services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest standards of service.

You will be responsible for organizing the workload of our customer services technicians, maintaining our COINS database with real-time information, and liaising with internal and external contacts, including our owners, lodge managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and prioritize the workload of customer services technicians
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our COINS database
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts to resolve customer queries and issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer services processes and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recent office experience, preferably in a property-related environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
