Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at Stirling Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys, inspections, and reports, ensuring that our properties meet the required standards.

A full driving licence and professional membership of RICS are essential requirements. The salary for this role is estimated at £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including up to 6 months' full sick pay, carers leave, and access to health and wellbeing support.
