We are seeking a highly skilled Water Asset Delivery Manager to join our Morrison Construction Water Frameworks business in Scotland. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-value Scottish Water projects and managing a high-performance team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of Data and Technical staff to ensure legislative compliance across all NRSWA noticing functions and support quality compliance on reinstatement works.
  • Liaising with the central Project Management Office (PMO) to capture data and provide timely and accurate reporting on future pipeline and live projects.
  • Undertaking internal audits on projects and providing support during external audits.
  • Supporting projects to ensure all customer and stakeholder engagement is carried out.
  • Mandating and managing Performance Measures and dashboards, ensuring KPI's and KPC's are in line with expectations.
  • Leading Social Value initiatives that contribute to local communities and organizations.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple teams and contributing to their professional development.
  • A track record of developing a performance culture.
  • Financial awareness and commercial acumen.
  • Water Sector and relevant Civil Engineering experience is desirable.
  • Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
  • Power BI or similar experience.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include:
