Job Title: Building Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our Housing Property and Asset team at Stirling Council. The successful candidate will possess strong technical competence, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

The postholder will be responsible for delivering and managing projects to agreed timescales, with the ability to think laterally and work collaboratively within a dynamic team. A full driving licence and professional membership of RICS are essential requirements.

The salary for this role is estimated at £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including up to 6 months' full sick pay, carers leave, and access to health and wellbeing support.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for building maintenance and delivery of construction projects, with a strong understanding of property construction principles.
