Job Description

This is a key role within our commercial team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of quantity surveying across supply and erect contracts, supply-only contracts, and single-site projects. The successful candidate will be a senior-level Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in the timber frame industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage junior team members to deliver project objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities

Requirements

  • A recognized qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior quantity surveying role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
