Quantity Surveyor Professional

About the Opportunity:
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor at Robertson Group, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering exceptional construction projects. Your primary role will be to prepare bills of quantities and schedules of works for pricing, ensuring that our clients receive accurate and timely estimates.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare bills of quantities and schedules of works for pricing.
- Send out subcontract enquiries and negotiate prices with subcontractors.
- Compare subcontract tenders and prepare subcontract agreements.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and contribute to discussions as required.
- Prepare valuations with clients, agree payment amounts, and ensure invoices are issued promptly.
- Measure work using site measurements and drawings.
- Process subcontract payments and inform subcontractors of contract variations.
Requirements for Success:
You should be a degree-educated or graduating in the summer of 2025 with a 2:1 or higher in a relevant subject. Additionally, you should possess excellent planning, prioritizing, and time-management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
