We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Director to lead our Morrison Construction Water Frameworks business in Scotland. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-value Scottish Water projects and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to deliver high-value Scottish Water projects.
  • Managing a high-performance team to ensure legislative compliance across all NRSWA noticing functions and support quality compliance on reinstatement works.
  • Liaising with the central Project Management Office (PMO) to capture data and provide timely and accurate reporting on future pipeline and live projects.
  • Undertaking internal audits on projects and providing support during external audits.
  • Developing and implementing social value initiatives that contribute to local communities and organizations.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in project delivery and business growth.
  • A track record of developing a performance culture.
  • Financial awareness and commercial acumen.
  • Water Sector and relevant Civil Engineering experience is desirable.
  • Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
  • Power BI or similar experience.

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include:
