Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Pre-Construction Manager to join Conrad Consulting Ltd. as we continue to expand our operations.

Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in the success of our projects. As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will be responsible for leading the pre-construction phase of projects, ensuring a smooth transition from conception to construction.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to deliver comprehensive pre-construction services, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the pre-construction phase of projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct thorough feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analyses to inform project viability.
  • Oversee the development of tender packages, including scope of work, specifications, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with design teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to optimise project designs and value engineering.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the pre-construction process.
  • Manage procurement activities, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
