About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Development Project Coordinator to work on high-profile projects at Contract Scotland. As a Development Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing land acquisition, planning, and development projects from inception to completion.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating land acquisition, planning, and development projects
  • Conducting research to identify potential development opportunities
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including landowners, local authorities, and planning departments
  • Preparing and submitting planning applications
  • Managing project budgets and timelines
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on land and planning matters

Requirements:

  • Degree in Land/Planning or relevant field
  • Significant experience in land acquisition, planning, and development

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum based on location and experience
