Social Care Project Facilitator

Job Summary
Enable Scotland is seeking a skilled Social Care Project Facilitator to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience working in social care and a strong understanding of project management principles.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating projects and initiatives that support individuals with learning disabilities. You will also develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to promote the organization's objectives.

Requirements
- Degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience working in social care or a related field
- Excellent communication and project management skills
