Job Summary:

We are recruiting for a skilled Facilitator and Support Specialist to join our team in Scotland. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social care and a passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans
  • Foster positive relationships with individuals, families, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in social care or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £28,961 per annum, plus additional on-call payment. We also offer a range of benefits, including a comprehensive training program and ongoing support and supervision.
