Social Care Professional - Team Facilitator
Enable Scotland seeks an exceptional Social Care Professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality support and care to individuals with learning disabilities.

This role involves facilitating positive change in community settings, developing and implementing person-centred support plans, and working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve positive outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary of £29,000+ per annum, plus additional on-call payment, for this full-time, permanent contract. As a member of our team, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, a comprehensive induction programme, and a supportive team environment.
