Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Compassionate Care Assistant. The successful candidate will provide personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide person-centered care and support to service users
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes
  • To maintain accurate records and report any changes or concerns

Requirements:
* A kind and caring nature
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* SVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
