Home Care Assistant Leader

Requirements: Possess a caring and compassionate nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate patience, understanding, and flexibility when working with clients. Hold a valid driving license or be willing to walk/cycle for shifts. Be able to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
