Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Facilitator and Support Specialist to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with individuals with learning disabilities to enable them to reach their full potential.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Individualized support planning and delivery
  • Collaboration with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree-level qualification in social care or a related field
  • At least 2 years' experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £28,961 per annum, plus additional on-call payment. We also offer a range of benefits, including a comprehensive training program and ongoing support and supervision.
