Job Overview: As a Business Development Manager at TPS, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance and customer interactions.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership or business development.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.


Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: UK,
