We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team in Bristol, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, delivering exceptional service and meeting their needs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients through targeted strategies.
- Presentation and proposal development for tailored client solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue and grow the business.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform client strategies and drive business growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines while prioritizing tasks.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
