Field Sales Representative

Job Summary
Jewson, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our business. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for finding and developing new business opportunities, supporting customers with onboarding, and maintaining and improving profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Support customers in onboarding their new accounts, ensuring they start and continue to spend.
Target dormant and lapsed accounts to reactivate them.
Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of customers to maintain and improve profitability.
Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, expanding relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet the customer's needs.
Collaborate with all functions and branch teams to ensure all opportunities are leveraged.
Comply with all EHS policies and procedures when on site.

Requirements
A full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
Strong direct sales skills and commercial focus.
Current knowledge of building materials and the construction market.
Proven experience in customer-facing business and a proactive sales environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
