Jewson, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our business who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Regional Sales Team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements
A full UK driving license with no more than 6 points
Strong direct sales skills and commercial focus
Current knowledge of building materials and of the current construction market would be beneficial to the role
Proven experience in customer-facing business and a proactive sales and customer-focused environment delivering results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; written, phone, and face-to-face
