Convenience Sales Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Standout Field Marketing. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing visibility of key Danone brands in store and driving sales through effective sales techniques and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Danone brands in store, including Evian & Volvic water and planted based products such as Alpro
- Visit cash and carry regularly to purchase stock and direct sell into retailers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in store
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Manual handling and lifting of stock, as well as cash handling
Requirements
- Experience in a field-based sales role within a convenience, independents or impulse environment
- Self-motivated and able to work in a KPI driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High levels of resilience and energy
- Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points or previous bans
