We are currently seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver high-quality training and assessment services to learners working towards their Level 5 Residential Childcare Diploma.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality training and assessment services to learners working towards their Level 5 Residential Childcare Diploma.
- Managing a caseload of learners and providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Conducting online video meetings and training sessions with learners.
- Organising and maintaining documentation on learners' progress.
- Supporting, advising and motivating learners.
- Overcoming barriers to learning and adapting delivery to meet learners' needs.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £37,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package, including:
