About the Job

KM Education Recruitment Ltd is a specialist recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.

We are currently seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver high-quality training and assessment services to learners working towards their Level 5 Residential Childcare Diploma.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality training and assessment services to learners working towards their Level 5 Residential Childcare Diploma.
  • Managing a caseload of learners and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Conducting online video meetings and training sessions with learners.
  • Organising and maintaining documentation on learners' progress.
  • Supporting, advising and motivating learners.
  • Overcoming barriers to learning and adapting delivery to meet learners' needs.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £37,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits package, including:
