Internal Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

This role is for an experienced Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) professional who will be based in the North of London region. The successful candidate will work with a multi-award-winning provider that offers a range of services to learners nationally.

The IQA will provide support and guidance to assessors/trainers, monitor the quality of their performances, and assist with standardisation meetings. They will also conduct duties and tasks in line with the company's Health and Safety policy.

Additional responsibilities include attending External Verification visits as support, preparing and delivering sampling plans for Internal verification, and ensuring all trainers' requirements and standards are met.

Requirements:
  • A relevant teaching qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS or equivalent).
  • A Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths or English or equivalent.
  • Experience working in Internal Verifier products.
  • Knowledge of embedding different plans and delivering/creating programmes that are fit for delivery.

We estimate this role to have a salary around £38,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits.
