Job Title: Residential Childcare Assessor / Trainer

KM Recruitment seeks an experienced professional to fill this challenging yet rewarding role. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality training and assessment services to individuals pursuing Residential Childcare Apprenticeships at Level 4 or 5.

About the Position:

  • As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality training services.
  • This role involves conducting video assessments and providing guidance to learners.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of learner progress.
  • Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Residential Childcare settings, preferably at a senior level.

Requirements:

  • You must hold a recognised assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA).
  • A teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET) is also necessary.
  • Delivering Apprenticeships in Residential Childcare at Level 4 or 5 would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • Familiarity with the Skills and Employability sectors and UK-wide recruitment practices would be advantageous.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle are required for field-based work.
