Director of Sales for Label Specialists

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to head up our sales team as Director of Sales for Label Specialists.
As a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales management, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategic plans, and leading a high-performing sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand customer base, and increase revenue.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring performance.
- Customer Relationships: Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by thoroughly understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Reporting and Analysis: Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to company directors, identifying emerging markets and market shifts.
- Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and competition status to ensure the sales team is well-informed and competitive.

What We Offer:
