About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join our team at Bulgari Hotel London. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all bedrooms, guest areas, and public spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for leading a team of Room Attendants and House Porters, providing guidance and training to ensure that they meet the hotel's high standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Housekeeping office and storerooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
  • Provide guidance and training to Room Attendants and House Porters to ensure that they meet the hotel's high standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Housekeeping office and storerooms.
  • Work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure that the Housekeeping department is running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping professional who has a passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. You will have a proven track record of leading a team and providing guidance and training to staff. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a luxury hotel environment and will have relevant NVQ or professional qualifications. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to maintain the highest standards of service and quality.
