About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join our team at Cycas Hospitality. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, laundry, and linen management.
  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
  • Manage guest requests and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the housekeeping department.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including room assignments and cleaning schedules.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in hotel management systems.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
