About the Role:

We are seeking a Floor Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team at Four Seasons Hotel Ten Trinity Square. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel's guest rooms, as well as overseeing the work of Room Attendants and Housemen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of Room Attendants and Housemen to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve housekeeping processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:
