We are looking for Floor Supervisor that have experienced with 4 or 5 star Hotel,

Hourly rates it is : £15.91 an hour , holiday paid , working hours are :

Monday to Sunday with 2 days off , from 8:am to 4:30pm,


About the Floor Supervisor role

Floor Supervisor are responsible forkeeping hotel premises clean and organized, supervising housekeeping activity, coordinating room attendants, ensuring guest satisfaction and solving complaints.


The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store. This includes supervising staff, monitoring customer service, maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

Floor Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the sales staff, including customer service, merchandise stocking, cash handling, and safety. They also provide training and guidance to sales associates and coordinate with other departments to ensure that the store operates efficiently. In addition,

Floor Supervisors are expected to maintain a high level of customer service, which includes greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving customer complaints.

Floor Supervisor Summary

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store and ensuring that the highest level of customer service is provided to customers. The Floor Supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring store staff and providing direction and guidance to ensure that store policies and procedures are followed.

The Floor Supervisor will ensure that the store is well-stocked, clean, and organized and that staff are properly trained and knowledgeable about store products. Additionally, the Floor Supervisor will be responsible for resolving customer service issues and handling customer complaints in a professional manner.
