Job Title: Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

The Savoy, a Fairmont Managed Hotel, is one of the world's most iconic hotels. As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will be part of a renowned team in the hospitality industry, known for outstanding service and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the housekeeping leadership in ensuring consistency and excellence in service standards.
  • Drive quality by providing support, development, and training to guest servicing agents and HOH porters.
  • Take ownership of showcasing rooms and public areas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Supervise the work of guest servicing agents and HOH porters, taking corrective action when needed and providing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • The ability to prioritize and organize tasks, meeting deadlines with quality results.
  • A warm, enthusiastic, and positive personality, with the ability to build trusting relationships with others.
  • Physical fitness, with the ability to frequently reach, stand, and walk.
