Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that all guest rooms, corridors, and public areas are clean and tidy.
  • Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
  • Ensure that all housekeeping staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities, and that they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of all housekeeping areas, including linen rooms, laundry facilities, and storage areas.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
