Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join our team at Bulgari Hotel London. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all bedrooms, guest areas, storerooms, maid services, and Housekeeping office are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of Room Attendants and House Porters to ensure that rooms, corridors, and public areas are kept to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas of the hotel meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide training and guidance to Housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Housekeeping within a luxury environment.
  • Relevant NVQ or professional qualifications in Housekeeping or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
