TPF Recruitment is seeking an experienced Insolvency Administrator to join a specialist Insolvency Practice in a mixed insolvency position. The role offers great career development and progression, with exposure to a wide variety of cases and projects.

The position will be built around the candidate's aspirations and experience, providing a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

The Insolvency Practice has a very experienced team where you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, including corporate and personal insolvencies. You will be responsible for managing case delivery, realising assets, and providing regular progress reports to the Insolvency Manager and/or Insolvency Practitioner.

  • Managing case delivery, including pre-appointment progression and closure.
  • Realising assets in a timely manner.
  • Providing regular progress reports to the Insolvency Manager and/or Insolvency Practitioner.
  • Investigating directors' conduct, including misappropriation of company funds.
  • Preparing for and attending creditors' meetings and procedures.
  • Providing recommendations for sign-off by the Insolvency Practitioner.
  • Liaising with third parties and senior members of staff to ensure case progression and prompt realisations of assets.
  • Attending site where necessary.
  • Maintaining IPS case diaries and IPS setup.
  • Ensuring statutory deadlines are met.
  • Supporting Administrators and Trainees.
  • Seeking to further increase and apply own technical knowledge.
  • Liaising with managers and partners to improve systems and processes.
  • Supporting the Firm's external networking.

Requirements

  • Experience working as an insolvency administrator.
  • CPI Qualified, studying or qualified through experience.
  • Well-organised and great communication skills.
  • Based within a commutable distance of Medway.
