Insolvency Case Manager

**About the Role**
TPF Recruitment is seeking a skilled Insolvency Case Manager to join their growing specialist insolvency practice in Kent. This role offers excellent career development and progression opportunities, with exposure to a wide variety of cases and projects.
Our client is a leading insolvency practice with a highly experienced team where you will have the opportunity to learn on the job and progress in a mixed insolvency position. The position will be built around the candidate's aspirations and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage case delivery, incorporating pre-appointment progression and closure.
- Realise assets in a timely manner.
- Provide regular progress reports to the Insolvency Manager and/or Insolvency Practitioner.
- Investigate directors' conduct, including misappropriation of company funds.
- Prepare for and attend creditors' meetings and procedures.
- Provide recommendations for sign-off by the Insolvency Practitioner.
- Liaise with third parties and senior members of staff to ensure case progression and prompt realisations of assets.
- Attend site when necessary.
- Maintain IPS case diaries and IPS setup.
- Ensure statutory deadlines are met.
- Support Administrators and Trainees.
- Seek to further increase and apply own technical knowledge.
- Look to assist with improving systems and processes by liaising with managers and partners.
- Support the Firm's external networking.
