About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Oliver House School. As a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, you will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our young people.

The ideal candidate will have a clear vision of what outstanding therapeutic services look like and be able to demonstrate drive, motivation, and resilience. You will need to have relevant SaLT experience working with the specific client group or related field and be registered with HCPC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality SaLT services to our young people
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Represent SaLT in multi-disciplinary working and multi-agency treatment and care
  • Review and develop therapy standards, policies, and procedures
